Need to Cancel?
Give us a call at least 24 hours in advance of your reserved appointment time.
Strictly Enforced
Your appointment is reserved wth a groomer especially for your cat . We do not double book cat appointment times. With respect for our team and our clients who may miss the opportunity to use that time, we request notification at least 24 hours before your reserved appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees
Less than 24 hour notice- forfeiture of your $75.00 deposit
More than 24 hour notice- your deposit will be applied to your next appointment if scheduled within 2 weeks of original appointment
Deposits may only be moved to a new appointment 2 times (regardless of cancellation notice) before they are forfeited
Last-minute Appointment?
If you booked within 24 hours of an appointment, you have 2 hours after scheduling to cancel without cancellation fee and apply deposit to a future appointment within 2 weeks of original reservation.
